Stephen Youngs BSc FCCA

Stephen is Principal and Managing Director of Bibstone Limited, which he founded in 2006 following a long career in industry.

His vision for Bibstone's draws on his own experience as a user of accounting services and business consultants, as he knows first hand how difficult it is for businesses to find the support they need at an affordable price.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering, Stephen started his career in production related roles with the Philips Group, then working in purchasing for four years before training as an accountant within the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifying in 1995, Stephen quickly became a Finance Manager.

Later roles in the chemical and printing industries brought several years experience as both Finance Director and Managing Director, before Stephen left industry to start his own accountancy practice.

Stephen is married to Linda, with two teenage children. Linda also runs her own successful business and has done for several years.
